The Strong National Museum of Play is an absolute must when visiting Rochester, if you do only one thing on the list, it has to be this! The museum is a haven for play enthusiasts of all ages you’ll get to explore tons of exhibits showcasing toys, video games, and more. Many of the toys are interactive and between the nostalgia and arcades, you could honestly spend the entire day there.
Lunch and a View
A pub-style restaurant known for its iconic beers is Genesee Brew House. They feature craft beer and a rich brewery history, do not leave without enjoying a beer flight and their buffalo chicken pierogies. They also have rooftop dining where you can enjoy the gorgeous scenic views of High Falls. The tallest of all the waterfalls located on the Genessee river and its located in the center of the downtown Rochester.
